The LOC may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the school without refund. Note that participants with guests (spouses, children, other) are considered fully responsible for the behavior of their guest(s), and may be sanctioned, too.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately.

School staff can be identified with their dedicated badges and can be found at the registration desk or at the stand in the poster hall.

School staff will be happy to help participants contact the venue security or local law enforcement, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the symposium.
